Terms of Sale
By booking a photography session with Omar Reyes Photography, the client agrees to the following Terms of Sale.
Booking & Payment
A session is considered officially booked once the required payment or retainer has been received. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Session Fees
Session fees cover the photographer’s time, talent, and basic editing services. Digital images, prints, or additional products may be sold separately depending on the session package selected.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Omar Reyes Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unsafe weather, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within the estimated turnaround time discussed at booking. Delivery times may vary during busy seasons.
Digital Downloads & Prints
Purchased digital images include a personal-use license only. Images may be printed and shared for personal use but may not be sold, altered extensively, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Artistic Style
By hiring Omar Reyes Photography, the client acknowledges familiarity with the photographer’s portfolio and artistic style. Final images are delivered according to the photographer’s creative judgment and editing style.
Image Selection & Editing
The photographer will select the best images from the session for final delivery. RAW or unedited images are not included and will not be delivered.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, illness, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the session.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Omar Reyes Photography and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any invoice or participation in a photography session constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
